American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

The objective of the ASCE Student Organization is to encourage its members to study civil engineering and/or civil engineering technology and to advance the civil engineering profession. Students must master the principles and techniques of engineering to earn their degrees. In addition, there are important non-technical subjects, generally called "professional matters," which are not usually covered in class work. Many aspects of these professional matters lend themselves to ASCE Student Organization programs.
