Early Club Registration is currently closed for the Spring 2016 semester.

Registration for Fall 2016 is TBA.

Forms to register a new club can be found by emailing clubreg@ccny.cuny.edu.
Reservations:

Please keep in mind that table and facility requests must be made 10 business days in advanced.

Event Request must be made 24 business days in advance.

Club Accounts:

You need to pick up Reimbursement forms from the Business Office for USG, SOA, and AEC accounts.

For AEC reimbursement, only printed receipts are accepted
Event Planning:
-
Pick up the Pre-Bill Form for when you have a food vendor.
-
Pick up the Service Contract and the W9: to be used when a guest comes to an event. The service contract is for payments and the W9 is for their taxes.

Forms can be retrieved from the Business Office- Room 1/210A.
