The Office of Student Life coordinates all on-campus reservations for clubs and organizations, regardless of location.


Table Requests

-Tables must be reserved 10 business days in advance

-Table reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis

-Table can be reserved for the NAC Rotunda and other areas

-Table Reservations are freeYou do not need to pick up or set up a table

 

Facilities Requests

Facility requests are done for those events that have fewer than 60 attendees, last for 2 hours or occur during DSLLD hours, and do not occur weekly

-Facilities must be reserved 10 business days in advance
-Facilities requests are on a first-come, first-serve basis
-Facilities requests are free
-You may request for audio-visual setup
-Set up is done by OSLLD employees

 

Meeting Rooms- Online Google Application

-Once your club has been registered, you may request a meeting room using the  filling out the online event form
-Meeting rooms may only be used between 12:20pm-1:50pm during club hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays
-Each club is limited to one meeting room and meeting rooms are given out on a first come, first served basis 
-Equipment must be supervised by a club member at all times
