The CCNY MFA Reading Series

The CCNY MFA Reading Series is a monthly reading series geared to promoting and supporting students and alumni from the City College of New York. 

All graduate students and alumni of the Graduate MFA Program in Creative Writing as well as the MA Program in Literature are eligible to submit their work and participate in the series. Open Mic, held before the official reading, is open to all and highly encouraged.

Established in the fall of 2008, the mission of the series is to allow graduate writers to share their work outside of class and develop skills as public readers, to promote community enthusiasm within the program, and to create connections with program alumni.
