Graduate Painting Club

The Graduate Painting Club encourages discourse centered on painting and what painting is. We meet for social events, go on educational trips to museums and galleries, and visit painting-specific artists. All the while we consider the nature and breadth of painting today. This club is also a safe and open space for critique and serious exploration of both the rich history and exciting developments in the medium.  

Our mission for the club is to effectively promote interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration, foster a nurturing community, and advocate for the needs of the City College Art Department student body.
