The Chemists' Club

Founded over 100 years ago, the Chemists’ Club’s mission is both professional and social. It provides networking opportunities for members to mix and meet with others who share interests in chemical, paper, pharmaceuticals, metals, biotech, and similar industries. Members include chemists, chemical industry management, formulators, security analysts, attorneys, educators, and other professions.

The CCNY chapter aims to accomplish one of the Chemists’ Clubs primary motives to bridge the gap between academia and industry in the chemical and chemical engineering fields — to foster interest amongst the student population through several events. These events range from discussion panels inviting young professionals to discuss their paths through their careers, to training sessions that focus on teaching students how to better conduct themselves in professional environments.
